The show is slated to begin filming Sept. 1, according to the documents.

The payments outlined in the contracts say Suleman's kids will collectively earn $125,000 for 36 days of shooting in the first year of production, $75,000 for 21 days in the second year and $50,000 for 14 days in the third year. Any extra shooting days will be compensated at the same rate.

The contracts will require the approval of a judge. Paperwork was filed Friday in Los Angeles. If approved, filming will begin on September 1st. A trust has been established for the Suleman children, as required by California law. Eyeworks will place 15% of the gross compensation into the trust.

Suleman became a history-making mum after giving birth to eight babies on January 26.

The single, unemployed mother added to her previous lot of six kids after conceiving all her children through in-vitro fertilization.

With the 2009 birth Suleman captured the public eye and by the end of January the media began referring to her as “the octomom.”
