You have a confirmed flight booking reference with Bangkok airways Your flight going to be departure in between 2 hour to 24 hours away Your flight departure from the following airport (Samui, Phuket and Suvarnabhumi) Please Note: If you are traveling with a pet, with personal oxygen, or in a group with more than 9 persons on the same reservation, you will require additional service by Bangkok Airways’s Customer Service Agents. Bangkok Airways ask that you check in at Bangkok Airways’s airport counters only. If I need to ask for wheelchair can I use Internet check-in service? Unfortunately, if passenger needs to ask for special service such as wheelchair, child escort services, Monk assistance, Unaccompanied Minor etc. Web check-in is not available please proceed to Bangkok Airways’s check-in counter as normal. When can I check-in for my flight? Passenger can check-in online between 24 hours to 2 hours prior to their scheduled departure time. Otherwise please proceed to Bangkok Airways’s check-in counter as normal. What if I have luggage with me? In case passenger would like to check-in their baggage, they would need to proceed to the check-in counter for baggage check-in before proceeding to the boarding gate How the seat will be assigned? How do I collect my boarding pass? After you finish your web check-in, you can print out the confirmation page as your boarding pass. Please contact Bangkok Airways’s Web check-in counter at the airport, ground staff will issue you a new boarding pass. Which type of ticket can be used for Web check-in? Electronic ticket on a confirmed reservation can be used for Web check-in. What if I need to cancel my web check-in? To cancel your web check-in, you can log on to Bangkok Airways’s website and use web check-in service to cancel your check-in or if you are already at the airport just contact Bangkok Airways’s staff at the check-in counter. Will I be able to check-in many passengers at the same time? Yes, you can check-in many people at the same time as long as all member of the party have the same booking reference but not over 9 persons. What do I need to present to airline when I arrive the airport? You just need to present your printed boarding pass and your ID card, Passport and the credit card used for ticket purchase or tax payments to our staff at Web check-in counter to identify yourself. How long before departure time do I need to be at the airport? Please be at web check-in counter for verification no later than 40 minutes prior departure time, your web check-in are subject to cancellation if you are not at the web check-in counter at least 40 minutes prior to departure time. How do I know what gate number I have to go to? After you finish the web check-in process, there will be details about you, your flight, boarding gate and boarding time printed on your boarding pass . If none of the mentioned confirmations are not found please contact Bangkok Airways’s or re-book your desire flight. Why my online booking and payment cannot be complete? The reasons why you booking and payment cannot be made are as below: All require information are fulfilled. All entry is in correct format and no repeat. Do I have to pay for my infant ticket? Yes. Infant ticket price is 10% of the applicable Published adult fare. You could pay for your infant ticket 1 day prior to the departure date at any of Bangkok Airways’s ticket town office for the flights commence outside Thailand and prior to check in time for the flights commence inside Thailand . Infant ticket cannot be pay online. Which airport do Bangkok Airways fly from and to?
